We will Refund your order as long as they meet the following conditions;
- We are notified of the return and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. - The items are returned in original, saleable condition in original packaging with labels in-tact.
We do not provide a "FREE RETURN" service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be the customers, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per statutory rights). In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty product you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item before proceeding with the return. Please note the items must be unused and unworn, if the item becomes damaged or faulty after wear we will not be responsible, and will not accept the return.
All customised items/ made to order items / custom order items/ items marked as non-refundable and jewellery CANNOT be returned.
Please allow upto 14 days for all refunds to be processed.
In case of a return where by returning goods you order total after deducting the value of the returned goods is less than £100.00 your free delivery offer shall be negated and £5.99 will be deducted from your refund
If you would like to exchange you will need to return your items to us within the 14 days. Prior to sending out your exchange items a delivery charge of £5.99 will be applicable, this can be taken over the phone by calling 01582 415454.
Credit Notes last up to 6 months, you can use your credit note on a future order by calling 01582 415454 with your order number and the value of the credit note shall be deducted from your new order.
Cancelling items - If you have placed an order for a item or multiple item(s) and wish to cancel you will incur a 10% handling charge which will be deducted from your refund. (this does not apply to custom order items, made to order items, or items specifically marked as being non-refundable)
HOW TO RETURN
You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g Post Office, DPD, Hermes etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.
You can also return your items by hand at our Flagship Store in Luton. Please ensure you provide your invoice.
