We will Refund all NON-OFFER ITEMS as long as they meet the following conditions;
- We are notified of the return and the item is returned within 7 working days of reciept. - The items are returned in original, saleable condition in original packaging with labels in-tact
For all refunds processed there is a 5% handling charge which shall be deducted from the refund. We do not provide a "FREE RETURN" service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be the customers.
All customised items and jewellery CANNOT be returned.
Please allow upto 5 working days for all refunds to be processed.
In case of a return where by returning goods you order total after deducting the value of the returned goods is less than £100.00 your free delivery offer shall be negated and £5.99 will be deducted from your refund
For OFFER ITEMS (any item which has been reduced in price) we can only provide an EXCHANGE or a CREDIT NOTE.
If you would like to exchange you will need to return your items to us within the 7 working days. Prior to sending out your exchange items a delivery charge of £5.99 will be applicable, this can be taken over the phone by calling 01582 415454.
Credit Notes last up to 3 months, you can use your credit note on a future order by calling 01582 415454 with your order number and the value of the credit note shall be deducted from your new order.
HOW TO RETURN
You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g Post Office, DPD, Hermes etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.
You can also return your items by hand at our Flagship Store in Luton. Please ensure you provide your invoice.
