After booking, we’ll ask a few questions to prepare your appointment:

This helps us tailor the appointment to your needs.

  • Each appointment lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour

  • Held in a private space within our warehouse

  • Full address will be shared after confirmation

  • Items purchased in store are only eligible for exchange within 14 days.
